All the responsibilities and commitments between the client and our team are going to be written in a Service Agreement as it is stipulated in the Code of Professional Conduct of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. The client will have access to this document and is going to sign it as proof of acknowledgment before the initiation of any application process.

All the information provided in the consultation and during the immigration application process is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone other than the client, even after receiving the results from Immigration Canada and concluding the legal representation agreed in the Service Agreement.
